1. About HCODX

HCODX ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service") is a free, browser-based web platform available at hcodx.com. The Service provides:

• An HTML/CSS/JavaScript editor with live preview
• Code formatters and beautifiers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Code minifiers and compressors
• JSON formatter and validator
• Base64 encoder/decoder
• Hash generator
• Code diff checker
• Color converter
• .htaccess generator
• And other developer utility tools

All tools run entirely within your browser. No code, input, or output is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. No Accounts — No Personal Information Required

HCODX does not offer user accounts, registration, or login. You do not provide us with any personal information to use any feature of this site. Because there are no accounts:

• There is no account to create, modify, or delete
• There is no profile, username, or password associated with your use
• We have no way to contact you and will not attempt to do so
• "Termination" of your use simply means you stop visiting the site

3. Free Service — No Charges

HCODX is provided entirely free of charge. There are no subscription fees, premium tiers, per-use charges, or any other fees now or in the future for core tool functionality. The service is funded by advertising revenue.

4. Advertising

HCODX will display advertisements served by independent third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) to support the free operation of this service. By using HCODX, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may appear on any page of this site
• Ads are provided, selected, and served entirely by third-party networks — not by HCODX
• We do not endorse any advertiser or any product or service advertised on this site
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any advertisement or advertised product
• Transactions you enter into with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser
• Third-party advertising networks may set cookies and collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we do not control
• Ad-blocking software is your choice; however, we encourage you to support free tools through ad viewing if possible

• You retain full ownership of all code and content you create or use with HCODX
• HCODX claims no rights, ownership, or license over your code or content
• Because nothing is transmitted to our servers, we have no access to your code
• You are solely responsible for backing up your work; we provide no backup service
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your code complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

The HCODX platform, its design, and its original content (excluding third-party libraries and your code) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the HCODX platform or its interface
• Use HCODX trademarks or branding without written permission
• Reverse engineer the service beyond what is permitted by applicable law

Third-party open-source libraries used within HCODX are subject to their respective licenses.

• The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice or liability
• We may add, change, or remove tools and features at our sole discretion

• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
• YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK

• Are not under our control — we are not responsible for their conduct, availability, or data practices

Because no user content is transmitted to or stored on our servers, DMCA safe harbor provisions as they relate to stored user content do not directly apply.
